At UMI Sushi, we strive to serve our customers a luxurious and tailored experience. From the soya sauce and vinegar that we make in-house, to the type of rice that we use, and the fish that we import from Japan, we want to ensure our customers taste is unforgettable.

It takes years of experience and knowledge to understand the different types of fish, the texture and taste of the meat, paired with the right knives, so that the fish can be prepared and presented with the highest standard and quality.

We use only the best ingredients, paired in such a way that it strikes the perfect balance that appeal to all your senses the moment you take your first bite.

OUR POLICIES

Due to our limited capacity, a credit card is needed when reserving your seats. Please be aware we are charging based on head count, including kids.

Any no shows, cancellations or reduction in the number of your parties made less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of the Omakase meal plus tax.

Party of 6 or more people, 15% auto gratuity will be added on your bill.
